Enaqd:

• Does NOT provide banking services
• Does NOT process or facilitate payments
• Does NOT store or transfer money

Users are solely responsible for settling balances outside the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Enter accurate expense information
• Resolve balances independently with other users
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Ads & Subscriptions

• Free users may see advertisements
• Paid subscribers receive an ad-free experience
• Subscription billing and refunds are handled by the app store

5. Intellectual Property

All Enaqd content, branding, and functionality are owned by Enaqd and may not be reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enaqd is not responsible for:

• Disputes between users
• Incorrect expense entries
• Missed or delayed settlements
• Financial decisions made using the App

The App is provided “as is”.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.

Users may delete their account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

Continued use of Enaqd constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
